The world revolves around the Word. The Bible says, 'In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. So as a child of God, you have access to the voice of God via different channels including his audible voice, as such any action you take at such instance produces heaven-backed results. "the Drought is Over" was one of such instances, and "You will never suffer drought anymore" was from God's prophet, and the results were marvelously supernatural. The Word in 2Chronicle 20:20 says," ...believe the Lord, Your God, so shall ye be established, believe also his prophets, so shall ye prosper".
