The Vampire Mermaids of Shark's Cove

Living on an Island in Hawaii, Katie Samson gets the surprise of her life when she is bitten by a vampire mermaid and turns into one herself. In the sea, Katie is befriended by another vampire mermaid named Anna Claire, who helps her to learn about life in the sea and the demands of her new form. The question is, who turned Katie into a vampire mermaid? It's a puzzle she works hard to solve as she tries to manage the painful demands of her blood thirst.

Back home, Katie's twin sister, Khloe, is desperate to find out why her sister disappeared, until Katie suddenly shows up at her home a changed woman, like the fact that now she doesn't have the ability to speak. Now Katie and Khloe work together to find out who was behind the evil plot to turn Katie into a vampire mermaid. While Katie searches the ocean depths for clues, her sister investigates the land.
