Whispering Spirit: Bringing the Soul Closer to Love

This book is the latest of four that Aly has compiled and really leans into the soul. Aly is a full time Yoga teacher, and this book can serve as a companion to other Yoga teachers, who wish to share soulful and spiritual words whilst they lead their classes or, as a reminder to those who are seeking words of support and comfort and, maybe even, a way of motivating their spirit when days seem a little less light. Sometimes we need to set aside space for ourselves, to really connect to our deepest needs. I wrote the words to help find that connection and, to remind ourselves how we are all doing our upmost to be a better, greater version of ourselves. This book defines imperfect, self love; it shows us that we are allowed to step back and honour our truths, our mistakes and our vulnerability. When we read the words, we smile inwards and let go of all the brutality that becomes attached to our hearts so that, over time we learn to be kinder and forgive ourselves, so we can move closer to love.
