**Psalm 23:4 - "Even though I walk through a dark valley of death's shadow, I fear no evil, for You are with me; Your rod [to protect] and Your staff [to guide] Lord, they comfort and console me. Your mercy and loving-kindness follow me wherever I go." It is not in God's nature to give us more than He know we can handle. Highs and lows are part of life. It is necessary to remember that the lows and valleys are only temporary. You'll eventually rise up. But! What if the lows and valleys last longer than you anticipated? Months or even years? This could be incredibly disheartening. It can lead to a detrimental mindset. How do you deal with what seems like an endless struggle? Keeping a positive outlook won't be easy, but it's crucial.
