Noel Remy has been so busy at his Christmas store, Snow Cute, that it takes a lot of persuading for him to finally go home to Signet Falls this Christmas. While the thought of leaving his business unattended is on his mind, there's also the memories of his first crush back home that he has kept locked away for years.

Cooper Laurier has no great Christmas memories. Being in the humbug spirit is more his thing. When his parents suggest a family Christmas in Signet Falls, he reluctantly agrees, even if there's only one good memory he has from growing up there.

In their past, Noel was the geeky nerd and Cooper was the popular athlete. Obliged to work together in high school, they learned that there was more to the other than meets the eye. An unlikely friendship, with a tentative wish for something more, began to blossom ... until life caused it to wither away just as quickly.

Now, ten years later, they run into each other again in Signet Falls. Through Christmas festivities and holiday spirit, how will their relationship turn out. Have they forgotten about each other or is there still a spark and a second chance for love?
