The Cycles

It's time to end the cycle and heal. I wrote this book with the intention of helping you find the light at the end of the tunnel. I want you to be able to feel understood and loved because you deserve to feel all of these things and more. You never deserved to go through what you went through but somehow you got yourself in a relationship you thought had your best interest. This is bound to happen to anyone and I just want to let you know that everything is going to be alright. May this book be a reminder that you're not alone with your thoughts and emotions. You're a beautiful soul inside and out who deserves nothing but the absolute world.
