Living with ADHD comes with a whole set of challenges that not everyone can understand. It goes beyond merely an inability to sit still or stay focused. It's more than just impulsive behaviors and a mind that will not stop. It's feeling like there is too much going on, and then also feeling bored. It's the overstimulation and frustration. It's the anxiety and irritability. It's the depression, guilt, shame, and paralysis when faced with the overwhelming. Too many days feel like we are treading water.

Well, enough of that! This book contains the toolkit that has helped me learn to enjoy my life. Things that were weaknesses are now superstrengths. I can enjoy my homelife and career. Even my relationships with family, friends, and acquantances have drastically improved. I have managed to take control of the chaos.

This book is not a panacea or replacement for professional care, but rather something that can be supplimental. It is also not an overnight cure. However, all of the exercises, tips, and little "Aha!" moments that have taken me decades to amass and learn have all been added to this book. It will also be up to you to start the journey and stick with it. As with anything, your results will be a reflection of the effort you put in. I'm hopping that with this, you'll be on a faster track than I was, and will also be able to enjoy the journey.
