Dust: A Play in Two Acts

Dust: A Play in Two Acts
Dust is a two act play for five actors, commissioned to mark the bicentenary of Virginia Theological Seminary. Moving through time and space in the company of The Maker, playwright Non Vaughan-O'Hagan uses the history of this Episcopal seminary as a way to explore the wider story of the United States in all its challenging aspects. Dust spans the language of the native American Piscataway peoples to the Obama inauguration-with a few corny jokes along the way. This edition reflects the production directed by Ryan Rilette, Artistic Director of the Roundhouse Theatre.

Non's next screenplay, Mr Moore's Gift, is about the creation of the classic American poem "'Twas the night before Christmas."
