The City of Sandglass is a city unlike any other. Future Earth, the Creator decided to make Four cities spread far apart. The Cities are run by 13 elected council members representing each hour and they all have 60 Timekeepers who represent the minutes in an hour police the streets within the city and keep the peace and report back to their respective councils. Within the city limits everyone is given a random amount of "extra time to live after they have died on Earth. The big difference between Earth in the future and this city is, you know when you are going to die to the exact second. You can choose to show others or keep it hidden. You can gain time by being kind, and helpful to others and by working, or getting it as gifts from others, but you can also lose time through crime, and from the council for being evil and killing others and taking time by stealing from others as well. You can still get sick in this city make no mistake, but you wont die until your time runs out. Time is also a currency in this city. You can make time by selling goods and services to others as well by the second. The Creator after three days may allow them to be brought here. This Realm is not connected to the Earth in that any one cannot just come into the City of Sandglasses. You are either born or brought into this city to live a life that you never had a chance to live fully on Earth.
