The ambitious goal of this text was a rigorous presentation of the emotional high-points of history. The author believes the text is a meaningful and emotional success. Together with Coppedge's History of Perpetual Motion, 100 Great Perpetual Motion Machines, 50 Great Flying and Underwater Perpetual Motion Machines... Sorry a car alarm is going off. The universe sucks but this is a good book.
