Clare is the Bronze Medalist in the 2023 USA Yoga National Championship and ranked number six in the world in the 2020 IYSF International Yoga Championship, Senior Division.

Clare has trained with World Champions Tony Sanchez and Esak Garcia, and three-time Dutch Gold Medalist Zefea Samson in hatha yoga. She has advanced certifications in therapeutic yoga from the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts and yin yoga from Corina Benner.
