The most important events in the history of the world were foretold 700-1000 years before the Passion of Christ. The Passion was the ultimate sacrifice made by Jesus Christ for humanity's wickedness, sickness and failures. The Resurrection represents victory over sin and death, and a path to eternal life.
Only Christ has conquered death and now we can approach death with hope, knowing greater things await those who know, love and obey Him.
