H?ctor A. Rodr?guez naci? el 9 de octubre de 1947 en Mayar?, Holgu?n, Cuba. Posee la ciudadan?a cubana, americana y espa?ola. Se gradu? de Ingeniero Agr?nomo-Pecuario en la Universidad de La Habana en 1972 y obtuvo su PhD en Ciencias Agr?colas Cum Laude en 1982 en la Universidad de Rostock, Alemania. Desarroll? su carrera en la docencia universitaria, tanto a nivel de pregrado como de posgrado, y particip? en investigaciones y proyectos agropecuarios en Cuba, M?xico, Brasil, Venezuela y Estados Unidos. Su trabajo contribuy? significativamente a la productividad de las empresas en las que colabor?. Obtuvo varias patentes gracias a sus innovadores resultados. Public? m?s de 50 trabajos cient?ficos en revistas nacionales e internacionales y ense?? a aproximadamente 2100 estudiantes de pregrado y 87 de posgrado. H?ctor A. Rodr?guez was born on October 9, 1947, in Mayar?, Holgu?n, Cuba. He holds Cuban, American, and Spanish citizenship. He graduated as an Agricultural-Livestock Engineer from the University of Havana in 1972 and earned his Ph.D. in Agricultural Sciences with honors in 1982 from the University of Rostock, Germany. He pursued his career in university teaching at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, participating in agricultural projects and research in Cuba, Mexico, Brazil, Venezuela, and the United States. His work significantly contributed to the productivity of the companies he collaborated with, resulting in several patents due to his innovative outcomes. He published over 50 scientific papers in national and international journals and taught approximately 2100 undergraduate students and 87 postgraduate students. He left a legacy of knowledge and skills wherever he went. As a fervent Marti supporter, he always sought to share his knowledge rather than keep it to himself.
