Mysteries at Matagamon Lake

The legacy continues in this latest historical novel of Probert's of the Matagamon region - sequel to A Forgotten Legacy, but in an entirely differen't direction.

This region is the most beautiful and tranquil place in the state, and yet marvelously mysterious. Why does Matagamon attract the bizarre, and the unexplainable, erratic behavior of some? The young man I met in the canoe on the lake who thought he was My Lord, for instance. I'm sure, however bizarre, he had found what he was looking for. His moment with God.

What about the religious group that called themselves The Body? Had they indeed found their New Jerusalem? Or had they simply found a convenient out-of-the-way spot to bury the evidence of their crime?
