Continuity' .. It means Non Stop ... The work of our human brain is also continuous and contains thoughts.
Consistent thoughts. Non-stop thoughts. Some are positive and some are not ... In fact, the human mind is of immense power! If you can handle these thoughts properly, you can experience the art of living life in a very good way.
As I do counseling, I come across different situations and countless questions, from which I realize that there are innumerable emotions in everyone's mind! These feelings teach a person a lot. These emotions are very fluid and just as capable. Emotions, thoughts and self-communication are all part of the same coin..but the reactions that follow can be different for everyone..they need to be given the right direction to handle these reactions.
