This book first part indicates outsourcing is popular strategy to any global organizations. But outsourcing strategy has also disadvantages to influence economy. This book second part aims to explain why productivity and education has close relationship to influence developing Asia countries' economic growth nowadays. Moreover, I shall indicate how growth theory can support it has relationship between education and economic productivity. Also, I shall indicate how the two different channels through which human capital can affect long run economic growth by education provision to developing Asia countries.
