Activate or Stagnate started as my behavior management, motivational component as a 1st year teacher of ESE students to empower and inspire them inspite of their significant cognitive deficits, low self-esteem and a multiplicity of emotional and intellectual disabilities to believe they're the captain of their ship in mind, body and spirit. I wrote daily personal empowerment journals and shared my own personal life experiences to quantify my theory that knowledge is power and the only limitations that exist are the ones we place upon ourselves. Empowering readers to develop a positive mental attitude, never forget you're unique and you're here to make your contribution. My GG Factor components in the book are an introspective on my life and the real world perspectives of many well known people who learned how to get and stay activated for success and avoid long term procrastination that ultimately will manifest stagnation of mind, body and spirit.
