This is a Minimal, no-fill-up stress Quarterly Journal designed For Doers who like laser-like-focus. Why quarterly? Because it takes between 8-12 weeks for a new habit or mindset to start to feel normal.

At each stage of life an individual might be undergoing different experiences and their interests or action plans might lean towards one of the above types/ archetypes, whatever you might like to call them. We strongly believe and care for the mental, emotional and financial wellness of our clients and have taken immense care to help them focus on all three. There are mindset exercises, prompts and pages for vision board. You might use this journal as you like and at any time of the year.
