Uma Understands Freddy Has A Feeding Tube

When Freddy finds out he is going to move to a new school, he wonders if the kids at the new school will accept him because he has a feeding tube. He has had a tube in his stomach since he was a baby instead of being able to eat like other kids. What Freddy needs is a friend, and finds one right away with Uma. But does Uma understand Freddy's particular needs, and could they lose a friendship from a misunderstanding?
