A.G. Graham once again weaves the lives and loves of his characters together across time and space. Lost love is regained, and new love blossoms among the vines of the Oak Barrel Vineyard. A mother and daughter are reunited. A father and son are finally brought together, finding the courage to cross the empty years and an ocean that has separated them. And within it, a new life begins. A life that will carry on the Hanson family saga.

Laura, a sous chef for Entretenir, gambles everything to open a small restaurant of her own called Bistro on the Bay in San Francisco. Reina Strickland, knowing that Laura's location is too small, suggests she take over the restaurant at her parent's hotel in Napa Valley. On the eve of opening night, Laura meets an aging actor, David Steele. The undeniable magic between them whispers in the moonlight among the vines of Oak Barrel Vineyards.

Elaine Strickland, Reina's grandmother, takes an immediate liking to Laura, seeing within her the romance she left behind so many years ago. Married young to a Nob Hill upper-class businessman, she falls madly in love with Adrien Forche, the vintner in their Napa Valley vineyard. Adrien, unable to bear the torment of seeing his son and daughter raised by another man return to his home in France.

Daniel Whitman, an artist, moves steadily away from a past he's unable to forget and runs headlong into Reina Stickland. His lack of trust is challenged as these two move cautiously through the tangled web of first love. It is a gamble, and neither of them is quite sure they are willing to take it. And yet among the vines of Napa Valley, the pull of attraction is undeniable.

A.G. Graham began writing later in life as a gift to his grandchild. Mr. Graham has completed ten novels and seen four of them published. The majority of his life has been spent as a visual artist and teacher. Growing up in the plains of Colorado, reading was always an essential part of his young life. After spending years as a painter, he readily admits that storytelling was the real talent that lay dormant within him. He lives happily and in peace with the love of his life in the Bradshaw Mountains of Northern Arizona.
