Parallax Rising (Infinita Book 2) - Hardback

From the mind of best-selling novelist Christopher Hopper comes the second installment in the thrilling Infinita series.

Restored to his prestigious position within the Nations of United Space and Science Administration, Jericho Fox takes command of the Marquis-class ship's test program-a mission that promises to move humanity to a habitable exoplanet. His new team is composed of the division's best and brightest, but not everyone believes he's fit for the job. As launch hour nears, Jericho must fight to keep his crew from following the doomed fate of his last mission.

Meanwhile, Dr. Evelyn Park leads her expanding team of brilliant scientists in decoding the now legendary alien transmission that survived the Astraea Station catastrophe. However, the deeper they get, the more the complex the signal's architecture becomes. Before her team can break the code, the Search for Extrasolar Sentient Intelligence headquarters comes under attack, and the lives of her people are threatened.

Can Jericho keep history from repeating itself as all eyes turn toward his launch? Will Evelyn's team find the key to unlock the alien transmission before it's too late?
