Simple Connections: Our Journey Navigating Autism From The Heart - Hardback

This an account of our journey navigating autism with our daughter, Victoria. Through trial and error, we discover practical strategies that help her make simple connections to our world. She went form being a non-verbal toddler who preferred playing alone and had difficulty with many things we take for granted, to being a communicative seven year old who is able to better regulate her emotions and connect with us. On this journey, I share with you the ups and downs, as well as the wonderful ways in which we have learned to interact with our daughter and bring her out of her world into ours.
