These laws were intended to protect the weak and balance the powerful. However, as is often the heartbreaking case, even the best of intentions can be corrupted.

Not much is known about the Bard of Flames, Alchilon's most revered and shadowed wandering storyteller, save for the trove of stories, songs, and histories they left behind detailing the world's past.
