UnBrokable* III: The 3rd 10 Reasons Why Being Broke Despite Working Hard

I was sitting on the Ferrari Modena in Miami beach, Florida in May, 2003. You can see my photo in the prologue of UnBrokable*. Now I don't even have a car at all since 2017. What did happen?

Maybe this book is not for a super-rich person. Maybe it's not even for wealthy, middle-class or mildly poor people. I have been in a desperately poor situation myself before; I couldn't even waste a single cent for years. Luckily, my wealthy parents saved me a couple of times. I know that not everyone has been as lucky as I was. This book is for them: Unlucky people who have no idea or hope to get out of poverty or brokeness.

We will see what situation I had been in and how I got out of there throughout this series. I believe being wealthy is a combination of millions of small skills, know-hows and ideas: We need a bit of luck, too. On the contrary, I think being poor can happen only because of a couple of nasty mistakes. I guess it won't hurt to check out the examples of bad things to cause poverty in our real lives.

What does make a person poor? These are the 3rd set of 10 Reasons.

22. Being Unnecessarily Busy

25. Not Living Long Enough

26. Not Having Strong Opinions

27. Living Recklessly

28. Preventable Medical Problems

29. Unnecessary Legal Problems

30. Talking Too Much
