You are Not Alone is a combination memoir and self-help devotional book meant to encourage any woman experiencing postpartum depression. With short readings and reflections taken from my journal during my months of postpartum depression, I wrote the book I wished I'd had in those dark days. It combines personal experience with information and strategies to cope, as well as spiritual reflection. It can also help a family member or friend to understand what a loved one with postpartum depression is experiencing.
