The GSD Factor comprises six attributes to ignite a transformation in our lives: confidence, inquisitiveness, imagination, presence, resilience, and influence.

The GSD Factor was developed by author, speaker, entrepreneur, and innovator Misha Bleymaier-Farrish. She is an advocate for the under-voiced, mentoring the next generation of business leaders and empowering those who need professional direction and clarity.

Together with her daughter, R.C. Farrish, Misha is bringing the GSD Factor to the youngest generation with GSD Factor Juniors. This story is meant to inspire tiny humans to become their whole selves and embody who they are and how they can learn something from every moment, even if it's what NOT to do.

The GSD Factor Life Series launched with a podcast before publishing the series' flagship book, The GSD Factor, followed quickly by two interactive workbooks before publishing this first children's book.
