VENomoUS

VENomoUS, Adeola's second poetry collection, is a play on dichotomies, polarities, extremes, and any other applicable synonym. This work is comprised of 20 new poems and is joined with Say More with Less, her first collection. Strung together with clever rhyme, VENomoUS confronts the way we relate to Venusian luxury (e.g., money, love, people, indulgences, vices, structures, etc.) and the pain that ensues when pleasure wanes. Given that, at the time of this book's conception, we, collectively, are in the midst of Venus retrograde, this timely read can serve as a helpful aid. As a Venus-ruled Libra Sun, Adeola aims to deliver a message-free from obscurity-to whomever is open to receiving it.
