Danita Franklin is a successful elementary school teacher and the ministry lead for the children at her church. She has supportive parents, her dream home, and, most importantly, married to the man of her dreams, Amir. Danita has a picture-perfect life, or so it seems. She has questioned whether Amir is happy with her and their marriage for a while. She knows he is keeping a secret but has yet to figure out exactly what it is. However, Danita is determined to keep her husband at any cost. She is not willing to lose him. Amir Franklin is a licensed top-producing real estate agent who has everything a man could dream of. He is married to a beautiful and successful woman and has a vast network of connections within his community. He volunteers his time, gives back to the children's ministry at his church, and shares his designer home with his wife in anticipation of starting a family in the future. Amir is a man of great faith, but his beliefs and marriage are tested when his wife betrays him in the worst possible way. This betrayal brings to the surface all the past pain and secrets that Amir has been trying to hide for years.
