An award-winning historical photographic coverage by Ana Cristina Henr?quez of Nicaraguan poet, Ernesto Cardenal, in the legendary community of Solentiname during the 1970s.

In the 1970s, Ana Cristina Henr?quez, while she was a journalism student, undertook a perilous trip from Venezuela to Nicaragua to do a photographic coverage of the Nicaraguan poet Ernesto Cardenal. Several decades later, her photographs give us a close look at the daily life of this personality in the legendary Solentiname community.
