Chasing Traver's Magic - 9798990030701

Chasing Traver's Magic - A journey into the world of fly fishing for trout. The title of the John Voelker (aka Robert Traver) fly fishing classic, Trout Magic, stirs the imagination of most anyone that has a thing for trout and the wild waters they inhabit. Growing up as a "worm dunker" in southern Michigan, John Highlen didn't begin chasing trout with a fly rod until later in life. Moving to the central Upper Peninsula after a life-changing event, the author found himself living in the middle of a trout-water haven. That move led to chasing trout magic throughout Traver country and beyond in an effort to catch that elusive magic.

Whether you've just started chasing the magic, have been pursuing it for many years, or you're just drawn to a good outdoor adventure, there are stories here to entertain, get you thinking, and maybe even spawn an adventurous plan or two.
