In the big, wide desert, where the wind plays hide-and-seek with the sand, lives a little guy named Darvin. Darvin is not your ordinary dust devil-he's filled with questions and dreams. The Council's four winds send Darvin on a trip through the Great Plains, where Darvin meets more quirky characters and saves the day for his new friend, Mama Cow. To do so, Darvin had to learn to improve and control his powers, leading to a showdown with a scary tornado, Terrible T.
