Oliver Kulgul (O.K.) is the private detective proprietor of Queer Queries (QQ). Unlike many private eyes, he was a Boy Scout, Peace Corps Volunteer, flies his own plane, has a master's degree in social work, worked as a gun toting parole officer, and is certified and licensed in the most advanced computerized security systems.
