I spiraled out of control from the affliction and torment of the unanswered questions. I had to come to terms with the unknown. I accepted they were never coming back. Tending to the deep wounds on my healing journey was not a painless process!
While the pain and grief never leave you, the deep wounds do heal! You will have good and bad days. Tears will flow. You call forth their memories to ease the ache and the longing your heart feels.
I carry those I lost in my heart and treasure the memories in my mind. I chose to honor their memories by living. My pain embraced their journey home!
