One of the deepest emotional dives we will ever take in our lifetime is experiencing major depression. The depths of which can be an incredibly challenging place to navigate. Depression can feel like one of the most unpleasant life experiences... until we learn how to use it to our advantage.

Intuitive Depression: Living in Alignment illuminates a path out of the darkness for those feeling lost, alone, and struggling to endure the painful feelings of depression. Using an intuitive approach to navigating depression, readers are guided to look behind the veil, and past the illusion of what depression appears to be on the surface, in order to better understand and explore its hidden layers and depths.

Drawing from her own personal experience of using her intuition to move through the emotional turmoil of depression and break free from its confines for good, the author guides readers to use their innate inner guidance system to navigate difficult emotions in order to live a more authentic, aligned, and passionate life. Readers are not merely given tools to cope with depression, but instead to actively address it as they begin to explore their own process of self-transformation.

Marissa Dietz grew up with a strong gut instinct, and an acute sensitivity to the feelings and emotions of others. As a young adult, her interest in intuitive development began to emerge more fully, and she immersed herself in studying and exploring concepts such as energy healing, intuition, spirituality, and consciousness. She attended California State University, Long Beach, where she earned a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, and later obtained a master's degree in criminology, law and society, from the University of California, Irvine. For nearly a decade she worked as a probation officer with youth and adults involved in the criminal justice system, which helped further hone her intuitive abilities.
