Book II's theme of Spiritual Searching is about the exploration of True Self. In our spiritual searching, we experience a decomposition or dissolution of our old beliefs. Through this dismantling, a new foundation is formed, which leads to a firmness of thought, a developing trust, and eventually a permanent knowing of our True Self. Established in this state of True Self consciousness, we can see and realize our spiritual nature while going about our daily lives.
