Depression: My way into the deep... ...and again out!

Betrayed in marriage - divorce - "war of roses" - loss of workplace - suicide of new significant other - loss of property --- excessive perspiration, panic attacks, dissociative disorders, depression, high blood pressure, migraine attack --- therapies --- new goals, fresh start...

What lies in front of you is not a medically reasoned disquisition. It is more than a brief description of a part of one chapter in my life - about 25 years - in which my life's journey led me into an unforeseen low, but also how I found my way out of it again.

Today I am mid-60. I kept in touch with depression over the years, which has changed my life very much. On my way there, I did not notice any of the signs of this terrible disorder. In the lowest phase I lost almost everything what my life was and what was supporting it.

And of course I slowly came back on a path that significantly helped me. So, I am able to say today, that I could break away from this disorder: "DEPRESSION".

My life changed again, into the present, in a positive way.
