About the Author The author, Phoolmatee Dubay, experienced difficulties which turned to writing as one of her coping methods. This permitted her to have written a book of poems, called Lessons from Life in which she established herself as a published author. Now the author wants to publish her third book, My Life Changed When I Changed. As a result of making these changes, she improved her mental and emotional health which helped her to move forward while discovering who she was meant to be.
