Something rather mystical vision handed down from the founding father (Jeff Bezos) to Amazonians, manifested through business communion by all associates. Different individuals in the past presented what was believed the truth in its varied contents. I was really convinced by the insight/truthiness? of Amazon when I touched reality with my finger. I laid hold of those realities that went together with my experience and with my power of perception in a multicultural work environment. I really seized a different reality; and each, under different forms of expressions from diversity, from which I reconnect to what was most forcibly impressed upon my own mind ? a different aspect of the reality in each but working relationships through all. ?Perception may somewhat be the root of all evil that could lead to the destruction of an organization.? Behaviour stems from the boundaries of our cultural differences ? which could only lead to a slowdown. As said, ?the insect that eats a bean is inside the bean - seen as an insight threat to the business.?
