Marketing- und Supply-Chain-Prozesse am Beispiel ZARA

Starting the examination a three-step-modell will be developed, which later is used as a basis for understanding the single processes. The results show, that Supply-Chain- and Marketing-Processes in the company are merely centralized and strongly integrated into the companies own organisation. This evidence and the fact, that Zara has implemented a standardized information policy which guarantees information and data is always up to date, are the two towers of strength. They are basically responsible for the success Zara's business had in the last years.---------------------------------------------------- In dieser Arbeit werden die Marketing- und Supply-Chain-Prozesse von Zara untersucht. Hierzu wird zun?chst ein Drei-Stufen-Modell entwickelt, anhand dessen einzelne Prozesse genauer betrachtet werden. Die konzeptionelle Studie ergibt, dass die Prozesse Zaras zentralisiert gesteuert und st?rker integriert ablaufen, als dies bei Mitbewerbern der Fall ist. Dies und die Tatsache, dass Zara eine extrem durchgehende, aktuelle und standardisierte Informationsflusspolitik betreibt sind die Grundpfeiler f?r den Erfolg, den das Unternehmen in der j?ngeren Vergangenheit realisieren konnte.
