The proposed textbook is an auxiliary material for studying and teaching the discipline "History of State and Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in law colleges. The manual offers a summary of lectures in accordance with the standard program approved by the Ministry of Education. In addition, at the end of the manual there are sample tests on each of the lecture topics. In the course of compiling this manual, scientific works and textbooks of prominent Kazakhstani historians and jurists were used. The manual can assist teachers in preparing lecture notes in the course of teaching this discipline, as well as students of law colleges in the study of the subject "History of State and Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan", which is one of the fundamental in the list of basic disciplines in jurisprudence.
