Law-making of local authorities in the Republic of Kazakhstan

In the work the author revealed some problems of lawmaking of local representative and executive bodies in the Republic of Kazakhstan. He characterised lawmaking as the main element in the mechanism of public administration, considered the peculiarities of state regional governance. He made an analysis of different types of lawmaking, considered the process of formation of the Kazakhstan model of state local governance. Further the author investigated the state of law-making activity of local representative and executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan at the present stage and the main directions of its improvement.
