The Flowers Are Dead But I'm Not

This collection is the story of a girl who has been depressed for far too long. Who experiences pain too acutely and too destructively. The timelines are not linear because as the first poem states, it still feels like it's happening. This is my journey through being undiagnosed with depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder to diagnosis, healing and medication. If you have been through pain of any kind, you should find comfort in these pages in that you're not alone. All of us have some pain, and where there's pain there's healing. Stick with it for the healing in the end. Love you.
