Methamphetamine Inc: Rise of the Prison Gangs in Oklahoma

Outside of a water amusement park in Tulsa, Oklahoma, three officers find themselves with AR-15's, pointing in the direction of a stolen vehicle heading south. Just moments before, gunshots were reported at a Walmart nearby. The police didn't know it at the time, but they were dealing with a Universal Aryan Brotherhood member. That is a member of a prison gang who had gotten loose from his cage.

Turns out the 'cage' isn't as cagey as it once was. With the introduction of cell phones, convicts that ride solo, or those tied in with prison gangs, can easily smuggle them in ad nauseam resulting in one helluva party on the inside. Add to that the introduction of super methamphetamine labs across the border in Mexico which has escalated the supply of meth by over a thousand percent, and you have a party that has been without rest for some time.
