Mail Order Bride: A Mother for Christmas

Lara York has been content dedicating herself to taking care of her mother and the poor people in her community. Yet, at her mother's urging, she also agreed to place an advertisement as a mail order bride. Still, just because she placed the ad does not mean she must answer any of the responses. But when she gets a letter from Wes Fender, a young widower with two young children looking for a wife, she decides to take a chance.

But when Lara arrives in Holly, Kansas, a surprise is waiting for her. It was not Wes Fender who sent for her, but his young daughter Amy, who is determined to have a mother for Christmas. When Wes learns of the plan, he agrees to let Lara stay through the holidays, but then she must leave.
