Democracy is the most complex and polysemantic type of political regime in the forms of implementation. Debates have not ceased about the meaning of the term "democracy" for seven centuries, since 1260, when the word was first used in the translation of Aristotelian "Politics". There is short analysis of forming of classical democracy in Ancient Rome, historical view of democratic form of self-government, first representative form of government, thoughts and reforms of Roman politicians, which led to tyranny. We can analyze Roman way of dawn and crash of democratic values to find their symptoms in modern European social politics and correct new way of the democracy of the 21th century.
