Falconis: The Gannian Mines
Falconis: The Gannian Mines
Or breeding their own demise?
In the last chronological collection of shorter works, Darion and Carleton travel back across Kaldaris to give their long time friend Saleena their support during her acceptance test in the province of Trajan. When an unassuming force threatens to destroy them all, Darion and the others must overcome not only an ancient power, but a present and mortal danger.
Accepting their destiny lay elsewhere, Darion and Carleton catch a ride with the first ship out of port. In yet another poor judgement call, the Falconians find themselves bobbing in the middle of the Kassien Sea. After being rescued by slavers, the pair are delivered into the hands of their most hated enemies and are forced into a life of hard labor.
With a hint freedom, Darion and his new allies make for the ancient forests of the Xelerian Isles. In a turn of disastrous events, Darion finds himself not only separated from his crew, but from his own mind. Left without his memory, Darion's primal instincts remain, and make for a deadly threat to both enemy and ally alike.
