There are so many books out there that give numerous instructions on how to lose weight, stay fit and live a healthy life, however, they don't provide an engaging step-by-step guide, complete with real-life experience from the beginning of the journey to the point where you achieve your goals.I began my weight loss / get fit journey at the age of 37 and arrived at the desired result just months before I turned 40, hence the title - Fit@40. It took this long because I was searching for answers, though it would have taken less time if I knew all that I know now.
